You raised a great question at the Help Desk today. Hopefully the answer will help members understand the policy. You CAN share content that isn't yours without penalty (although you shouldn't), as long as content you did not write yourself doesn't constitute a large portion of what you share here.
Re: Salsa. They're really more "tropicale" Chicas de Canela. Heard them? I like a lot of flamenco and flamenco inspired things. Nylon string shredders like Oscar Lopez, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Armik, Strunz y Farah etc.
